Unprofessional people, never going back there. The lady with the glasses shouting and showing her roots and culture
There was a FedEx delivery at the store and there is not even that much space to even walk inside the store and the lady was so rude and disrespectful she was being so loud and she was so unprofessional
How FedEx trust this place? It happened more than one time that I go to pick up my order from here around 6pm to find out the store is closed at 5:30 despite the store hours on FedEx and Google says it closes at 7pm??? Rude staff too
No answer and always close even no text dont waste your time and find another store
Terrible business. Not sure why fedex partners with them. They show up when they want without any customer notice. I waited outside the store when the owner finally came. No sense of urgency and not a care in the world that a customer was waiting HOURSSSS to pick up a package. I had to walk to the window of her car and ask her to hurry up she was just sitting there scrolling on social media watching videos.
