This food delivery service is awful. In my experience : - They have always been at least 1 hour late (sometimes more) - The delivery men "slosh" around the food - The customer service doesn't help with a status update - You can't take a tip back if the service sucks Try using some of the more reliable delivery services that are in Boston. - Mike O
*** BEWARE*** After 3 phone calls they were 2 hours late! Manager REFUSED to assist me in any way, kept on telling me they are 10 mins away - LIED! Food was cold and the customer service WAS horrible! DO NOT order from them. And if you must order from them, make sure your transaction is in CASH! If the order arrives late, it's - YOUR - choice to pay or not. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR CARD! *** BEWARE***
