Where do I even begin? I booked an appointment specifically to have my skin assessed by what I was told would be a doctor. When I arrived, I was instead seen by a technician, who asked me to sit while waiting for the doctor who never showed up. Instead of conducting any kind of professional assessment, the technician immediately began asking leading questions about what treatments I was looking for, rather than evaluating my skin herself.
