I wish our government is run like Toshiba! It promptly returns calls and trouble shoots problems quickly!
Our lease was up with Toshiba, went month to month. We went with a different company for a new new copier. When I did my diligence and got 2 other quotes, they were almost $120 per month higher than both of the other proposals. Then they won't accept an email to cancel the "month to month" status of our lease. Say we have to send a letter through mail. very disappointed. TOSHIBA Hawaii and their team are the best! Lisa Lee has continually gone ABOVE and BEYOND in helping us with any questions or extra assistance whenever we've needed. She is knowledgeable, informative. helpful and gracious all at the same time. I cannot recommend TOSHIBA Hawaii enough ... and our new machine ... it is AMAZING! TOSHIBA - THANK YOU!
