HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 1. MACHINES ARE JUNK - constant break downs, jams, trouble scanning.2. Sales person smells like a drunk lush and is bothersome.3. Trainer is a pompas ass who speaks to the people he is training like they are five year olds.4. Only two technical support persons (they are very helpful though WHEN you can get ahold of them.)5.
