A completely unresponsive company which after once failing to respond to an actual question and concern, failed to respond at all thereafter. To make matters worse, a particular product last the shortest of any product of its type. As one who grew up with Toshiba as a household word and respected, I am saddened to see at least the US counterpart lacks any semblance of respect, decency, and integrity. How they treat people speaks volumes, and the only thing I *hear" is never purchase from this company ever again.
