There’s been an unfortunate decline in Toshi’s over the years. Wait staff just don’t care about the customers, plain and simple. They hide around the back corner near the chefs and do the bare minimum in customer service. If you hire kids just barely out of puberty, you have to train them! They swiched their over the phone ordering to AI calles twice cant get a hold of a person it kept asking if i wanted the menu sent to me in a text i said no kept asking then finally responded to "talk to a person" it rang for 10 seconds then the AI said im sorry i know this can be frustrating leave a message. I hung up and its now texting me!!
