Matt arrived slightly ahead of the scheduled time (appreciate early more than late). He's happy to answer questions and let me know the progress and if there were any issues.

Service Technician Emilio C.T. , a furnace and air conditioning specialist, performed annual preventive maintenance today. He cleaned, inspected and tested all of the equipment. Emilio kindly explained what he was doing. He gave advice on correct replacement parts to keep on hand. He also took care not to disturb a nesting mallard duck by the condenser. Great work, Emilio.
Was looking for a new HVAC company. Toshack has been great! Prompt response, knowledgeable service rep, clean work space. When we need a new system (ours is +20) but still in good working order…will definitely be calling them. Love that they come to our remote area!
