We just purchased our first new mini split heat pump. The process was seamless, and stress free. From the initial contact with Ethan, the electrician Matt and then the installers, Kyle and Elyk who all worked so well and did such an amazing job. Toshack , represented by Brian and his associate Carlos did a great job cleaning out our ducts and installing new furnace filters… plus explaining that the filters I had were not a good fit . That was extra helpful. More recently our furnace /heat pump stopped working and Matt B was very helpful after hours diagnosing the problem, then came the next morning and fixed the problem ( failed capacitor on fan). Furthermore he went and heated the snow and ice which had accumulated on the heat pump and stopped it vibrating. Great w... read more
