If you want peace of mind in the rental process and reliability, strongly reconsider this brokerage. After submitting all documents, I was told I was approved and that my dog was approved, and that the board meeting was just a formality. My move-in was then delayed, and at the board interview I learned the building does not allow dogs — the realtor had never confirmed the pet policy.
