They stole a check and endorsed it to themselves. Horrible company, cops will be called. Talk to you guys shortly with the police
FRAUD. This company was falsely sent a business check that was meant for, and filled out for my husbands company. What did Tosh INC do? Did they call him to let him know there was a mistake? Did they send the check back to the sender? NOPE! THEY TOOK THE CHECK TO THE BANK AND CASHED IT FOR THEMSELVES. I’ve never heard of this company before investigating where my husbands check went. STAY AWAY FROM A “FINANCIAL” COMPANY THAT LITERALLY STOLE OUR MONEY.
