Im in a wheelchair and I had 3 great folks assist me the entire time ( Todd, Danna, Hannah) thanks for the help I couldn’t have done anything without y’all’s thanks again.
Tosh Imaging has been fine for the actual MRIs that I have had done here. Desk staff is kind. The staff helping with the MRIs varies from kind and helpful to rushed and distant. Most recently I have had the unfortunate experience where the radiology staff lied to me about the prep materials that they were using to prep my skin for my IV with contrast. When I asked if it was alcohol, they said, "it is definitely alcohol." I had told both techs and added a short story to make the message clear that I was allergic to Chloraprep... read more
Where do I begin? I was seen by my PCP on October 7th. I tried to contact Intermountain on state street for 4 days without any call backs. Now during this time I am in pain. It was thought maybe I had appendicitis so of course I was worried. Now on the 12th I got desperate. My PCP's M.A had to get me an appointment because no one was responding to me at all. Had an MRI of my spine done here awhile ago. Reception desk was fine. I wish I remember the name of the tech who helped me through the process, as she was wonderful. I'm claustrophobic, so I had taken a Valium prior to the scan, just in case, but her kindness and easygoing attitude really helped me through the process. She checked on me frequently, and spoke to me while the scan was being done. I had an X-ray of my lower back today and the two ladies who took care of me were INCREDIBLE! I actually hated to leave..I felt like I made two new friends! Thank you Jean and Denisha (sp?) You two are amazing - I wish I could just come hang out with you. You are definitely an asset to the imaging department 😊
