It was really quick and the techs were so nice
I've had several MRI through the years some were very stressful because the MRI machine had a small tube they put you in tosh tube was larger and i didn't have any issues with going in side the tube. all the staff were kind and caring .I will use them from now on.
Im in a wheelchair and I had 3 great folks assist me the entire time ( Todd, Danna, Hannah) thanks for the help I couldn’t have done anything without y’all’s thanks again.
Tosh Imaging has been fine for the actual MRIs that I have had done here. Desk staff is kind. The staff helping with the MRIs varies from kind and helpful to rushed and distant. Most recently I have had the unfortunate experience where the radiology staff lied to me about the prep materials that they were using to prep my skin for my IV with contrast. When I asked if it was alcohol, they said, "it is definitely alcohol." I had told both techs and added a short story to make the message clear that I was allergic to Chloraprep... read more
Where do I begin? I was seen by my PCP on October 7th. I tried to contact Intermountain on state street for 4 days without any call backs. Now during this time I am in pain. It was thought maybe I had appendicitis so of course I was worried. Now on the 12th I got desperate. My PCP's M.A had to get me an appointment because no one was responding to me at all.
