Beyond disappointed in their lack of care for the consumer, prioritisation and urgency on our current build. Quoted for something 18 months ago they’re unable to produce and instead installed something inferior in design and nothing like promised. Delays and constant excuses to rectify the problem and never fulfilling in promised timelines. Not a chance I would use this company if I was to seek them outside of a new home build and probably wouldn’t build with a builder who does.
From the first consultation through to the end product. Everyone we have dealt with has been down to earth and considerate. There were a few bumps along the way but they were all handled professionally by the team. The install team, maintenance team, sales team were all excellent. We were made to feel like family. One year later when I called for a maintenance check it was handled immediately. We love our new kitchen, bar and Butler's Pantry and we love that we used a local South Australian company.
