This HOA is fraudulent to the max! For years they charged assessments for the pool for example that was only open for a few years out of about 18 years total. Every condo owner there should get a portion of their money back for that mismanagement. They will be under investigation very soon and it will go back years as well. I'm so happy that's happening.
