Lovely place to live. The building is very well-maintained. The gym and pool are great. The front desk staff is very nice. There is constant security inside and surrounding outside area. Walking distance (less than 5min walk) to Metro rail station, Dadeland Mall, Downtown Dadeland (restaurants, nail salon, pet store, etc), and Publix (with starbucks). Super convenient!
