Toscana is in a great location. It is right across the street from High Street, which has many restaurants and stores. The staff and maintenance crew are fabulous. They are constantly making sure the property is well maintained.
Such a toxic place with unhappy people. Not all, but the majority, of the residents are truly terrible and you do NOT want them as neighbors. They are so bad that the HOA (CCMC) let go of Toscana. The layout is kind of like a hotel. There are many buildings on the property with condos in the buildings.Every building and amenity space has an old musty odor. Our company has a nice privilege to provide some work at Toscana at Desert Ridge! The community is beautifully maintained, with a resort-like atmosphere and convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. We found them to be incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They go out of their way to ensure residents and guests feel welcome and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Toscana for anyone looking for a great place to live or stay in Phoenix!
