I lived here for a little over a year , the area is beautiful the layout was nice . The amenities need to be updated the pool is kind of greasy and the gym and bathrooms indoor are greasy and musty . The staff is always changing and a bit unprofessional the rent goes up after a year as well . Overall a safe and nice apartment .
I’m incredibly shocked and amazed by this thank you guys all very dearly thank you it means the world to me I keep bouncing in and out of survival mode out here and just had to fight someone and won over something petty him on that green juice attitude if tom didn’t step in and break us up he saw my arm and fist being pulled backwards on purpose by someone still don’t know who because I was too busy locked in on beatin ole boys ass for real but other than that life is going in the direction I hope and pray it’s going. @MEADO... read more
Since moving in we have loved this place. It stays very clean and staff are consistently picking up around the property, vacuuming the hallways and cleaning/ wiping down the elevators. Work orders are completed very quickly. Office staff are quick to respond to any questions and provide assistance. The pool is very clean. The apartments are very nice and you can’t hear your neighbors. There’s a park across the street for kids to play and it’s right by the freeway entrance and stores. 5/5 stars for the Dream Team at Toscana Living here has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The entire team from the leasing office to maintenance deserves every bit of praise. They are consistently kind, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making this community feel like home.
