My experience with this has been until the last couple of times we brought our cars in.....since ,it's been HORRIBLE!avoid spending your mone there.....we have been overcharged , told that we need to have things worked that was unnecessary,very poor quality of service (customer & automotive) , a couple of weeks ago.left my car for an oil change,tire rotation,& a noisy belt......took 3 days to get it back........minus a wheel cap , a broken off dipstick,& overcooked with oil! I took my car into this for a possible brake service. First they offer me a "free" brake inspection then when i bring the car in they inform the "free" brake inspection is actually $57.50 whcich would then be deducted from the final bill if the work is done there. The shop owner was nice enough to waive this fee when i questioned the charge. So i let them do the inspection.
