Great experience! The service was excellent, and the customer service was amazing, thank you so much Rick, Grant, and Mike. They explained everything clearly and offered solid solutions. I especially loved the free Health and Safety Inspection, super helpful and no charge! I’ll definitely be referring this place to my closest people!
TOS has kept my 2002 Lexus running smoothly, currently at 275,000 plus miles! Safety, safety, safety, is their top concern, as is mine. Read the reviews when looking for smog shop, review here pretty good so took a chance and dropped in - they were able to get me in same day, very professional, great communication, nicest staff ever! I think I found my new auto shop!! UPDATED review: went back for oil change, great service, super nice staff, clean and courteous - very happy with this shop. UPDATED: still the BEST!
Brought in our 2012 Prius for servicing. It's a used, but new to us vehicle so it was its first time at TOS. Received a complimentary inspection (at our request) along with oil and spark plug change. We knew it would need more work, but was able to prioritize so will know what needs to be done soon as opposed to later down the road. Very friendly and professional staff.
