From the front office to the techs and vets everyone is kind and truly cares about the work they do and taking great care of their patients. Our dog had to get x-rays (very unhappy about it) and was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. They took great care of him and called the next day to check in and make sure he was doing alright.
Great veterinary office. I decided to start using Torvik for my dogs. They are cheaper than other offices in town, the staff are very friendly and they have been wonderful with my dogs. I used other offices in town for my dogs in the past and they were terrified going to them. Coming to Torvik, my dogs were nervous but the staff loved on them and put them at ease. After having services done, this office called me to check on my dogs, were genuinely concerned Abe very helpful with questions I had.
Everyone at Torvik is very pleasant to deal with. The also are great with the fur babies!
