Chairs are nice but the suspension did not hold up. I bought a new suspension online to test before buying a total of six for all chairs and sofas. After four months, I still have not received my suspension. Multiple emails and calls but now no response. On one call that went thru, I was told they were not sure when the suspension would be built, but would check with production and call me back. Of course, they never called back. I will be reversing the payment.

Ordered $900+ worth of replacement cushions for a set that we've had for over 10 years. The old cushions just needed new fabric to cover them, but that was not an option. New cushions arrived much sooner than expected, however, the quality of these cushions is far inferior to the originals. All of the seat cushions have lost their loft in less than 1 year of occasional use...they all sag in the middle. The back rest cushions are misshapen. Purchased the Maracay set and after 2 years 4 out of the 6 chairs were getting holes in the wicker webbing. Was told to buy a new set because they do not sell individual chairs just the set only. So spend over $2K on a set and lose a chair you gotta buy a new set. I’m not the type of person that buys a new car when I get a flat tire. So a word to the wise. Watch out. Quality is horrible for there chairs. And when they tell you to call customer service they are absolutely useless. Buyer Beware!!!!

I placed an order for furniture on October 13, 2024. I received a confirmation email & my credit card was immediately charged. December 16, I still don’t have the furniture. I reached out several times to check on my order. I was never given a delivery date, just excuses. When I called several days ago, I was told that the furniture they had in stock in the color I wanted had scratches on it. They didn’t have anymore in stock & to check back later.
