Well build homes. But their communities feel and look cheap. From the street lights, street signs, entrances and plants around the community all look cheap and not well planned. Compared to some of the other builders communities Ashton Woods falls short. I give their homes a good review but not the community outside. I expected a better entrance, better lighting poles, and more personality.
Lovely homes
Our home is older...16 years almost. My husband and I bought in 2018. I love everything about the build except the tile floors. The tile was extremely poorly installed. This winter was the coldest that I've experienced and due to the cold temperatures, our tile has buckled and cracked. Our home owners insurance will not take care of the damages. We had an inspection done and apparently there was not enough compond used. This is going to be extremely expensive and it would bank rupt us. Sincerely, the devastated owners. Nobod... read more
