I bought a $60 pizza for delivery. It showed up an hour late, cold, and on top of itself shoved to one side of the box. I called for a replacement pizza, and Lou Lou, the manager, told me she could have another pizza made but couldn't deliver it to me. I would like one of two things; money back or a warm, on time, fully assembled pizza. She said things were pretty busy at the store and she had to go. Guess I don't get either. Wow.
Excellent customer service.
They do a great gluten free crust!
