From my personal experience I'd avoid Tortora Electric.
Not surprised he's the electrical inspector for the town. He and his team know their stuff and he doesn't stop until the job is finished.

Can’t say enough good things about Jon and Tortora Electric! He is responsive, fairly priced, hard working, and very detail oriented. We added recessed lighting in 4 bedrooms and the formal living room - Jon made sure the placement of each light was perfect, measuring multiple times to get it exactly right. He also replaced all of our switches with new dimmers and added motion sensor lights in the closets, among a few other projects I kept adding on!
