I was very impressed with the service, time and education Tortoise & Hare gave on my recent first visit. Before Tortoise & Hare - if the shoe stayed on my foot, let's lace 'em up and go. Only to deal with regular blisters on my big toes when I got back into running six months ago. Never, have I spent more than $100 on shoes. I always figured a show is just a shoe. So I would buy off the rack and it is what it is. Never again! Made my appointment and had a fitting with Dee. She killed! The customer service is exceptional. Dee knows her stuff. She knew what questions to ask and what shoe to put me in for my level of fitness, goals, and the way they would be used.
