I'm 50 and have been in retail lots myself, I am very sensitive to what happens to me. I bought a pair of shoes from Matt today. Every single second I spent with him was brilliant. His knowledge of shoes is gargantuan. He exhibited pure comfort and skill in collecting many variables and constants regarding my feet. He is talented at getting all key factors in order for a pair of shoes to work perfectly. Thus I bought the pair for walking, they turned out PERFECT!
