Torsion Homes made the entire process, from design to handover, feel seamless. With the help of their online tracking system, which allowed us to monitor the build, no detail was overlooked. The daily progress photos uploaded to the site were an excellent feature. Our home was completed in 24 weeks from site cut to handover, which was impressive. Would advise against building with Torsion following our experience- and if you do check everything. We have faulty installations of dishwasher and rangehood, bricks laid the wrong way with the wrong fall, glue left on bench tops that had to be scrubbed with industrial acertone, windows that shake with the wind, plumbing issues ++++, water leaking through windows, grass laid twice, a clothes line that is screwed into the mortar and falls out, $2000 water bill left to pay because the company left sprinklers on all weekend, dr... read more
