My experience with Mr. James as a realtor has left me with a property that is essentially worthless that is now in foreclosure with an inconplete rehab. I was advised to purchase the property as is despite multiple code enforcement violations, foundation issues and more that I was unaware of until months after the fact. I was presented with inflated ARV's and inaccurate renovation budgets to convince me to purchase the property. Torry James is a FRAUD! He knowingly works for Janay White as her accountant and helps her steal from people!
