I've had Torrison do work on multiple projects (2 walkways, pool patio, patio and firepit, outdoor kitchen and landscaping). I had no issues with them on the walkways or patio + firepit. The 1st issue came during pool patio. I was quoted a price and signed a contract. During construction I was told I would have to pay thousands more for things that were supposed to be covered in the contract. This led to arguments and threats of charging me for other things. We had two existing bluestone walkways reset and repointed. While the ultimate price was slightly more than the quote I was very pleased with the final product. They did an excellent job.

Have had an excellent experience from start to finish with torrison. Called them out to quote a small project and ended up evolving into a larger project. The entire team was exceptional to deal with, an unrelated issue arose during the project and they were accommodating and handled it for me as well. They fully customized everything for me working within my budget and took care of my existing property and landscaping during construction.
