This company has bought up every property near UNH durham and can only charge their high prices because it's the only competition against UNH housing. For my experience, landlords are unresponsive and they converted a closet into an apartment with no windows. This is illegal in many states. Absolutely, by no means, should anyone ever live here. This company has stolen security deposits and has not returned them over 60 days since move out.
No response to maintenance, terrible accommodations within property, overall sucky college living experience
