I have been ordering from Torrington Brush for many years and have been very satisfied with the products. I am not a large customer by any means but, recently there was an issue with an order. Before we could even ask for them to do something to help us, they stepped in and solved our problem at their expense. Torrington Brush Works has been fabulous to work with. High quality products at great prices. Whenever we order from them it's delivered within a few days. The folks who answer the phone are very polite and knowledgeable about their products. We're in Cincinnati Ohio and we could buy at big box outfits.
