I would NEVER use her again. She gave me misinformation. Was not honest regaring the time frame for 2 items. I called a 8:00pm the evening she stated I would have the appraisal:she then told me 4 or more weeks before she could get to it. Then the next morning here came the appraisals. Her research must have taken all of 5 minutes!! What a rip-off.
