Very very nice, great customer service
Bri is the bomb as Manager I decided to drive over from Henderson because my nearest store the Manager Alley is horrible if it wasn't for Rose at the Town Square location I would not even bother. Bri is always helpful and she will take your phone call as if you are standing right at the counter. Plus this location always has what I want anyway. Thank you Bri 🤎
They called me to let me know my Torrid cash was expiring and I had $150, so I went & one of the Jessicas were super helpful in assisting my partner and I with our clothes. She even helped me find out what size jean I am, and gave me some ideas. I always feel welcome when I go to this location all the ladies working there are very nice.
Needed a nice bra last minute for my sister's wedding and Cheyenne was super helpful! She helped me figure out my size and found me the perfect minimal bra that I feel sexy and adorable in! She was friendly and made sure I knew about all the great sales going on too!
3 stars for their blah types of clothes. They're not very stylish. But, I rarely find cute stuff in there.
