I usually love this location. However, today I went in to do a return because I ordered a pair of jeans online a few weeks ago and they already ripped. The manager was very rude and wasn’t going to take my return even though I went online and was able to process the return online with an in store drop off.
The staff this past Saturday morning went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.
Great store and customer service. The ladies working there are helpful and top notch. There aren’t that many stores anymore where you can receive superior or even good customer service, but the staff at this location deserve praise. Very good lingerie department and jean selection tool
The Cherry Hill location isn’t the closest location to me, but it’s become my go to. I bought my wedding dress from Torrid and decided to go another route with another outfit from Torrid. Everyone who helped me was beyond sweet and helpful with the return. I ended up using the credit for my shoes for the wedding and when I came to pick up one of the associates remembered and was once again beyond helpful. I have not had a bad experience at this store and will continue to use it as my go to Torrid.
