Very nice store. I did come in to pick up an online order and the lady said the item was cancelled, but I saw it in store and she offered to ring it up for me at the same price. I decided against it because I found something else instead.
I love it here - the prices are higher but that's because the quality it great and the clothes last forever. The recent review complaining about not being able to return jeans she had and worn FOR WEEKS is just laughable lol retail stores never take back any clothes or items that were obviously worn and abused. The staff is nice and the clearance is amazing. Fitting rooms are clean. What more could anyone want?
I usually love this location. However, today I went in to do a return because I ordered a pair of jeans online a few weeks ago and they already ripped. The manager was very rude and wasn’t going to take my return even though I went online and was able to process the return online with an in store drop off.
The staff this past Saturday morning went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.
