It’s a small store
Accueil parfait, beaucoup de choix et personnelles vraiment gentils.
I buy all my undergarments at Torrid. Staff are super helpful, but a little too much. Someone greats you as soon as you enter and will check in with you often to see if you need anything, but I actually don't like going in the store because I like to shop in peace, not make small chat, but that's just me. I don't buy anything full price there, clearance or sales only. Saleswoman walked in the changing room without knocking and never said sorry or anything, I was super embarrassed.
Love the ladies that work here!! Every time I come in they always make me feel super welcome and are super attentive! Whenever I am unsure of what to purchase they always have amazing suggestions and are always willing to help with sizing and such. I have been here numerous times since they have opened and I have always had great experiences here
I was there today with a friend. The older lady who openly said she “doesn’t care because she’s retiring” was rude. She told us while we were looking at clothes that if we didn’t buy anything we might as well not be in the store. We were very taken back and this is not the first time this has happened with the same person. The store might have a lot more sales and more customers without people like her!
