Love the ladies that work here!! Every time I come in they always make me feel super welcome and are super attentive! Whenever I am unsure of what to purchase they always have amazing suggestions and are always willing to help with sizing and such. I have been here numerous times since they have opened and I have always had great experiences here

I was there today with a friend. The older lady who openly said she “doesn’t care because she’s retiring” was rude. She told us while we were looking at clothes that if we didn’t buy anything we might as well not be in the store. We were very taken back and this is not the first time this has happened with the same person. The store might have a lot more sales and more customers without people like her!

Première expérience avec Torrid et la dernière. Je fais une commande le 13 février. Rendue le 18, voyant que je n'ai plus de nouvelles de ma commande, je décide de leur envoyer un message. Ils me répondent que le colis s'est sûrement perdu en chemin et qu'ils vont me rembourser en totalité. Je recois mon remboursement, ils m'ont seulement rembourser pour mes effets ainsi que la taxe. J'ai payé pour la livraison et je n'ai jamais rien reçu et je ne suis pas remboursé pour la livraison...Ne commandez jamais à leur magasins.

The store was beautiful and had great variety but the time I'd had gone a manager from another store was in, it was me and my mother because despite us being both adults I wanted to doa girls day and what better than some bra shopping. I am a heavy chested person for only being 20 (36 G, 180 pounds 5'5") but I've never really felt comfortable is wire bras due to the wire pushing into my ribs when I would bend over, I've gone through a lot of bras to figure this out so I went to torrid to find those other options. I went in just to look to see what they had. I always dread bra shopping but needed some new ones. An assistant manager named Colleen offered to measure me. She found out specifically what I needed, wanted and even gave me the biggest changing room ( I had my 8 month old with me). She even assisted me with assuring they were fitting properly and wasn't pushy on selling me product.
