The ladies working at this location were absolutely wonderful. They were so helpful and kind. I will definitely be back. Update: It's been months since I've been back to this location. I was in need of some summer clothes that actually fit. The staff was different but the overall atmosphere was the same. I had a great experience. The ladies were patient and kind. This will be my go-to stop from now on. I highly recommend this location.
Just wanted to give a shoutout to this store location , went in recently looking for some new leggings and Nikki was so very friendly and helpful !!! You don’t always get great customer service in today’s day so thank you to her for being so great !!!! Will definitely be back !
Nikki and Irene are absolute angels. Not only did they help us promptly with sizes and fitting rooms, but they also went out of their way to make sure we were getting the absolute best deals possible. We've been to many Torrid locations and this one wins every category hands down. Pleasant ladies, effective workers, and good people. You cannot ask for more.
