They have gone down hill since they moved service is not good you have to ask for help and the supply not good in store always low
Be very, very careful about shopping at this Torrid. I don’t know if people up North are just more savvy but they price way too high down here and take advantage of unsuspecting shoppers. Go online and double check prices on absolutely everything before you buy.
Idk what happened since they moved from the mall but this Torrid kinda sucks now. We'd already had weird experiences and bad vibes before but K was nice enough to do a return for me recently when I wasn't feeling good and they totally hassled him. They made him do separate returns for each item even though they were all on the same order (which is not their usual practice as I am a regular Torrid shopper) and made him feel suuuuper uncomfortable.
