I am not pleased with the customer service at this location. Krishaun who claims she is the manager lacks professionalism, is very incompetent in her position, and does not own up to her mistakes. I placed an order with her at the register, literally ONE item, I repeated the size I needed TWICE and confirmed with her prior to HER placing the order on my behalf. I've never experienced bad customer service out of the 20 years I've been going to the same store. It was an hour before closing they were rude rushed me out mind you I have a credit card I had to ask the lady can you email me and give me the receipt she forgot they let somebody take my dressing room the manager was just so rude I wanted to shop till I drop but I'm paying off my credit card I'm sorry Torrid You won't be seeing me for a while. This star is for the quality of the clothes for price. I had a brand new bra straps break. I had material break down on some pants. The prices use to be reasonable. Now, their expensive like Lane Bryant. This is why ladies are shopping at Shein, Fashion Nova and Temu. The ladies at this location are awesome. Great friendly customer service.
I go to this place every other month to shop their sales or to pick up my online orders. Today the usual ladies/management who normally worked there the past year I remember have gone on vacation the current staff said and one in particular with glasses and long hair was not the most inviting person.
