Fantastic fun place to shop! The employees are professional yet fun. The store is clean and organized. They even do fashion assistance and will do private fittings for you. They usually have BOGO going on and often even on clearance items. They have easy returns/exchanges not that I have had to use that often. This store really has something for everyone but clothes are more for size 9/10 and up depending on how you like your "fit"
I have been to this Torrid store in the Palm Desert mall and I was treated very well even if they were busy they never forget about you. I love the people that work here right now. I had Sasha help me and she was extremely helpful with showing me around and was very helpful during check out. Sasha had a smile on her face and was just extremely nice. definitely geared towards the younger crowd, and not the best quality, but they are cute and trendy and fun for the larger sized teen, young women.

This store has a great stock but even better are the sales people. Oma is wonderful. So much fun.
