I visited Torrid for the first time, the service was wonderful. I thought their selections were limited but perfect for what I needed. Overall a great experience! Update 2026: This store still makes the same great impression it did on my first visit back in 2023. I've been a regular ever since, and the staff have always been helpful and welcoming, consistently a great experience. :)
Let me start off by saying that the number one reason for any stars is the staff at this location. The sales associates are the kindest, sweetest, most helpful ladies I have come across at any Torrid location. Now, the reason I knocked off 2 stars is for their delivery fee. When someone is purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise (well over $500) they should get free delivery. I understand paying for expedited service, but standard should be free. Many items are not available in store so you have no choice but to ... read more

I was visiting Toronto last November and went looking for something to really feel good in. They were amazing and I walked out feeling more confident than I went in.
