I visited Torrid today around 8:00 PM, and the two cashier ladies were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They made my shopping experience so enjoyable and made me feel genuinely welcomed and happy. Their outstanding customer service deserves recognition. Thank you for providing such a great experience!
The people that work here are so friendly and fun and helpful. If stores want to compete with online shopping, they have to offer a great live experience. This one could give lessons in customer service.
Visited the store in search of a clothing item, while the store didn't carry the same Rachel and Jocelyne helped me out big time in suggesting where I would find the item. They went above and beyond for me and their apparel/active wear knowledge is outstanding! Thank you for your warm service i didn't initially plan on buying myself anything except for that specific item but thanks to their warm welcome I looked around still and bought two comfortable t shirts
Everyone was incredibly helpful - especially Rachel! She went above and beyond to help me with a problem and was incredibly kind.
Tonya was so unbelievably helpful. My cousin and I came in looking for some stuff and they were quick to find options for us, giving us ideas and opinions while maintaining a proffesional and kind attitude. I recommend coming here for sure.
