Went to the torrid store at the oshawa mall about 2 weeks ago and I got the best service. Both the employees working there that day very helpful. The main person helping did great. I got the right size. I was there for like an hr and tried like 5 different styles. I would go back there again
Nope! I'm done with this store location! This is the third time I've had the worst customer service ! The first two times I let it go, because I didn't want to be that person. This time, I'm done. I've worked in retail and I know how challenging working with the public can be, and i try to give everyone the benefit of maybe they were having a bad day, maybe the person before me was awful, however when it's more than 1 staff member that has a bad attitude, it's either management doesn't care, or management doesn't know.
