As always, the staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming. I love skulls and these 2 knew where every single one in the store was located!! I absolutely love the style and selection in the very well made clothing here. How cute is this Minnie mouse dress??!! ❤❤❤❤ Today I got 2 coats and a pair of dress pants and a bra for 118$! Of course part of that was due to accepting a torrid credit card offer which made the entire purchase ridiculously cheap. Yay! I still love this place!! ♥️
The "Acting Manager" there right now seems to always have a nasty attitude. I went in there cuz I was having issues with a gift card, as I'm telling her the issue she just keeps talking over me and not listening. I tell her it's rude to talk over a customer when they are trying to explain what is going on. Torrid really needs to get the new manager in there soon. Cuz this girl is running away your business.
