What a great experience! I was having a terrible day and tend to get overwhelmed by loud, crowded places so the mall is always a bit challenging for me. Ashley greeted me and helped me as soon as I walked in the door. She listened to what I was looking for, helped me find what I needed, and reassured me that if they didn't have exactly what I needed, she could order it at no additional charge.
