I had such a great experience at the Torrid store! The customer service was truly excellent. I came in needing to exchange two bras, one of which I had already worn for a day but realized it just didn’t fit right. The staff were incredibly understanding and helpful — they didn’t hesitate to help me find the right size and style, and allowed me to exchange both bras without any hassle. Three times now I have placed orders for store pick up and they just get cancelled for no reason only for me to go into the store a few hours later or the day after and lo and behold the item is in fact in stock. I will drive the 40 minutes out of my way to go to the Torrid in the Upper Canada Mall instead of the 5 minutes to this one from here on out. Nobody greeted me. Both ladies were behind the register and didn’t offer any help. Super sad to give this store this rating, but it is well deserved. Torrid, find employees who have a passion for customer service. The date I was in was 04/05/25. From 12-2.
