Mahali was amazing, incredibly sweet, and informative! They took care of me, was super encouraging, and collaborated outfit ideas for what I picked out. I usually have wonderful experiences at Torrid, but my recent visit to the Locust Grove location during vacation was appalling. I went in to return two skirts I had purchased a week apart. I had the original Torrid bag and the tags that went with the skirt, which I had only tried on for a single moment before realizing the built-in shorts were too short and it didn't have pockets. Sharon sets a very high bar. She made me feel like a masterpiece. For the hour I was there, I felt beautiful and noticed. I had my very own stylist who treated me like a queen. Two thumbs up! 👍👍
First and foremost, Brenda, the sales clerk, was amazing. Her customer service was excellent, and she was incredibly personable. She went above and beyond to assist not only me, but also the two women I came into the store with. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely advocated for us throughout our shopping experience.
