Had SUCH a wonderful experience at this location solely because of Haley/Hailey? (Sorry I didn't ask the proper spelling of her name!) This location isn't always the most pleasant in terms of customer service, but it's the closest one to me so it is what it is. Today, however, gave me a brand new sense of hope for this location overall. Haley was SO helpful, recommended other items based on what I had picked out so far, and had SUCH a bright and joyful energy. I came in to grab maybe 1 or 2 tops... I was in Torrid today, and they had the cutest stuff. There was the nicest woman that helped me ! She kept checking in and asking if I needed sizes, gave me her opinion on a few things I asked her about and she was sooo kind and sweet! Makes shopping and trying on clothes more enjoyable when you have kind people helping out. Thank you if you're reading this, you were a gem today!

This company would not accept my return for the most ridiculous reason. I wore the item one time and did not like the fit. They said “ it smells like it’s been washed “ when I in fact did not wash it. I smelled it and it smells like cardboard. I think they’re full of it and just didn’t want to give me my money back. I had the tag and the receipt. Absolutely ridiculous. Skip this store and save your money! If you don’t like something, you won’t get it back!
