Andrea and Mahali always make my experience at this location such a good one. They both need at LEAST a dollar raise each! A lot of retail work like this live and profit off the backs of your workers SO UPPER MANAGEMENT, I hope you are paying attention and acknowledging what great staff you have!
Very helpful for what I was looking for
My experience here was ok. I came in and was greeted. Gave them my jeans in exchange for the $20.00 off sale, but come to find out it's only for jeans, nothing else. Could not find the color of jeans I liked. Customer service from them was not great but not bad. One girl was really nice but the other two seemed not.as welcoming. Other than that not the best Torrid but not the worst.
It is expensive and should be opened for intimate apparel for plus size women only, and even that's too expensive on sale.
