I shopped at this location yesterday afternoon. I attempted to purchase four items and the sales associate refused to give me my items because the power temporarily went out in the middle of the transaction. On my end it showed that the transaction had gone through but she was saying over and over again that it didn’t go through on her end. I used my Torrid credit card and I called into the credit card company, they were not able to help confirm if the transaction had gone through or not.
