That girl needs a raise. Her name was Trish, and today while I was shopping in the store, there was another woman doing what sounded like a return, except she was missing a receipt or tag of some sort. I witnessed Trish handle this woman, who was yelling at her and another worker. She was cussing up a storm, yet Trish stayed polite and had more patience than one could imagine. Terrible. I was sent a bathing suit that had been retuned by someone else. Written tag, no liner. Was promised a replacement, rushed. Order was canceled, so now I have a top, no bottom. Refunded the bottom but NOT the shipping and I have half a bathing suit. Unacceptable. I will not order from Torrid again.

Amanda was so kind and helpful! She reassured me that the store had what I needed after my online order came in damaged. She showed so much empathy and compassion and I truly appreciate her! Give that woman a raise! I drive over an hour because she took the time to help me on the phone My bridal shower is this weekend and I was able to find what I needed

I didn’t catch their name, but I got great service this past Thursday night. I was having issues finding a bra and the assistant offered a bra fitting. I needed a bra that night and was having an issue finding the right fit. We found out my size. They unfortunately didn’t have the size in stock. But she helped me find something that would work and offered to help me purchase ones online. I decided to just do it at home but I appreciated the offer.
