I visited the store on Sunday. Perla was on register while I was in line when I had to be helped she literally got off register walked away & another young lady had to helped me. This service she gave me was due to a previous encounter her & I had in regards to an item I had purchased. I’m a frequent customer to this location and spend a lot of money in this store for this type of treatment. Casey was so helpful & provided me w great customer service. Great service.
My favorite lady retired. The atmosphere was not good. The girl helping wasn't into her job. Not the same great place.
My favorite person retired. The girl helping us just didn't have the "Torrid" spirit.
