Online hours are 10-8 but I went three days in a row at 10:15 to return and pick up my order and the lights are off and not a worker in sight please get better management this is ridiculous even saw a worker waiting out there looking upset that 2 days
To whom it may concern, I was in your torrid store in Hamilton mall Mayslanding new jersey and I have to say your employee Erin is very rude especially the way she speaks to the workers there, very unprofessional, she should be demoted and not hold a manager position. No one should be treated disrespectful.
This place always has some fashion forward stuff. I usually leave with something cute from Betsey Johnson everytime.
