visited this popular clothing store to pay my credit card bill with a one hundred dollar bill, and I was shocked by the poor and discriminatory treatment I received. The store refused to accept my cash payment of $100, claiming they didn't have change for a $35 amount, which seemed unprofessional and unfair. Torrid is my absolute favorite place to shop. Clothes are a little pricey but such great quality, they last forever!! Went there yesterday with another phenomenal experience. All three ladies were so sweet! One of them was wearing the same shirt as me! And old torrid shirt! Frankie has helped me check out a couple times before and helped me yesterday as well.
