Torrid did their thing for the fall collection!! I found so many adorable shirts and flared jeans that have always been my style! Well done! You've brought me back because previously the styles were atrocious, which is why i left. Keep modernizing! This location always has the sweetest employees as well! Thank you!
Love the fact that you can order from store online and save, I bought a sweater for 34 but in store the same item was 75
I’m only giving two stars because I was greeted when I entered the store and was checked on while shopping. I visited the store this week to make a return for an online order. The lady at the register claimed to be a manager. She then informed me that I might not be able to return the item because it was from Klarna. When I initiated the return it said that I could mail it back or return it to the store. I was a store manager, if you are in a leadership position you should be aware of your store’s return policy.
