I will start this by saying I absolutely love torrid. I will still probably use the site ,but I will not be back to this store… I came into the store and the girl at the counter didn’t greet me which is fine, I don’t mind that, I had a pick up order and told her that she continued to mess with the printer which is also fine.I looked around and she finally asked me my name and went to get my order. Best plus-size store around. They have amazing deals, too! The people who work rhe register are always so nice! It's hard not to feel like a movie star when trying on close! The fans in the dressing rooms are one of my favorite features. I have been shopping at Torrid for many years now. I never have any complaints.
Taryn and her team was very professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the customer service and atmosphere when I visit this store. It’s always clean and well organized. If I could give 10 stars I would!
Taryn was incredibly helpful and got my order together quickly. She answered my questions about the outfits and material in a knowledgable and professional manner. She was very friendly and her customer service was perfect. I will definitely be returning, she made it a very happy experience.
